Carrie Fisher’s Daughter in The Force Awakens: A Family Affair

People Magazine has released photos of Carrie Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd, who will be in The Force Awakens.

Lourd has joined the “family business” as she walks in the footsteps of the franchise her Mother was a star in. Lourd talks about here obsession with original movies growing up,

“I made my mom watch it at least once a week and on special occasions I would make her get in a lightsaber fight with me,” said Lourd, “Let’s just say the more trained Jedi usually won.”

This isn’t the first time that a child of someone connected to the Star Wars films made a cameo. The children of both Mark Hamill and George Lucas have made appearances in the prequels. Including Nathan Hamill, Katie Lucas, Jett Lucas and Amanda Lucas.
