Screen Rant has put together a video that details the reported deleted scenes from The Force Awakens.
“J.J. Abrams spent months putting the finishing touches on Star Wars: The Force Awakens and didn’t lock down the final picture until November. During post-production, he had to sort through hours of footage in order to deliver a film that would please the fans. As you might expect, a lot of stuff was left on the cutting room floor.”- Screen Rant
One of my favorite parts of when a film is released on Blu-ray are the deleted scenes. I especially love when there is an option to view a film that includes the deleted scenes. I know the decisions to delete certain scenes were for pacing and story, but I would have had no issue sitting through a 3 hour Star Wars film!
