Peter Mayhew, the actor who portrayed Chewbacca in the Star Wars franchise took to Twitter with a big surprise.
“Starting today I’ll post a few pages from my original @StarWars script each day leading up to a big announcement.”
A “big announcement”? What could that mean? Could it be something to do with Episode VIII? A Rogue One appearance? His future with the franchise? Mayhew, who is now 71, has had knee issues in recent times. Perhaps he will be “hanging up the bowcaster” and walking into the sunset, so to speak.
