“It’s like being a kid again”, says Rogue One Director Gareth Edwards, in NEW Featurette

With under 30 days to go, a new featurette was just released for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story that gives an intimate look behind the scenes of the upcoming film and the cast.

“The simplest way to explain it”, says Director Garteth Edwards about Rogue One, “is that text you see at the beginning of A New Hope. That is essentially our movie”.

Much like the behind the scene interviews with the cast from The Force Awakens, we can see the excitement and childhood nostalgia in the interviews with the Rogue One cast including Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Riz Ahmed and a very excited Director – Gareth Edwards.

“If I’d know since I was four that I’d be shooting a Star Wars film, I would have planned it all my life.”, said Edwards,”It’s a bit like being a kid again, with Star Wars figures.”

It is this kind of excitement and passion that excites me even more!

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story opens in theaters December 16.
