On “Star Wars Adventures” with Star Wars Toys

When I was a kid playing with my Star War toys, I remember coming up with some amazing and fun scenarios. The amount of adventures that my “Farmboy” Luke Skywalker action figure and X-Wing embarked on is that of legend…well, legendary in the mind of a 7 year old.

So when I come across the work of photographers like Finnish photographer, Janne Mällinen aka:“Truupperi”, who have taken beloved Star Wars toys and created fantastic scenes from the films or just fun context – I have to share!

Here are some of my favorite images from photographer Truupperi’s collection.

Stormtrooper: “I’ve got a BAD feeling about this…”

“Well, hello there!” #TuskenTuesday

“C’mon, Barry! No retreat, no surrender! Now get up!”

“Remember when we used to do all sorts of crazy stunts when fighting?”

“It doesn’t matter where we come from, Admiral. Our will to be free is what’s going to beat you. “

“That Boston Creme doughnut was MINE!”

“So then I said Droids? I’m not looking for no stinking Droids!”

“With moves like this, noone will blast me! Now…to find Solo!”

“Resistance is fut…oh wait, wrong franchise!”

“Sure, the Darkside is cool but check out this sick guitar solo!”

“Just look casual, just look casual…”

“Mike! Can you stop feeding the Dewbacks Internet TROLLS! They can’t stomach their sweaty taste!”

“This snowman better be as cool looking as you described it!”
